Not all people work inside offices and it is a given reality that there are numerous careers that need to be done out in the sun. Being a construction worker, a lifeguard, a farmer, or even an engineer would require that you toil under the sun for hours at a time that is why it is important to remember some pointers before you go out there:
* Remember to bring some sunscreen (if not in bottles, at least stash in some of those individual sunscreen packets into your bag). These packets usually come with SPF 15, 30, or even higher. The idea is to be protected against the harmful UV rays of the sun.
* Put on those safety glasses or goggles. These glasses are made with shatter-proof lenses that are often made with plastic, and which protect the eyes from foreign objects even debris at work. Some of these glasses are even made to fit over sunglasses or corrective eyeglasses.
* Make sure to wear the most protective working clothing for your specific task; this includes protective shoes and hats. For example, farmers should wear clothing that would protect their skin against the pesticides that they spray on their crops.
Just remember all these and you should be able to, not only enjoy your job but also, work safely.
