Help with jello?

so i made jello like a week ago and everytime i make it, it has this thin layer of like hard stuff on the top
and i have no idea how to make jello like without that
i always have to cut it off
and its hard when its innn a big bowl

how do i make jello withou that happening?!

Make sure you dissolve the powder really good in Boiling (not hot) water before you add the cold water. This is why you are getting the skin on it.
