a week ago i ate breakfast at mcdonalds, and had a lot of it. 4 sausage muffins and a hashbrown, and usually a drink. had that for 3 days
i weighed 145 last week, now i weigh 155. i watched that movie supersize me, but thats only for 30 days. i wanna know how long before i die of heart attack, if i go beyond 30 days
I read an article the other day about a guy who lost a whole lot of weight while eating every meal at McDonald’s.
The name on the door is not what’s important. The important thing is how much good stuff and how much bad stuff that you eat. If you eat a lot of their french fries, then yes it is very bad for you. But, if you eat a lot of their salads, then you could eat there everyday

The heart attack part will probably happen when your older, but in the meantime, you will get fat and puffy. The extra weight is probably water retention from the salty sausages & hash browns. You can’t really gain weight from eating a single big meal or even several.
Why would you want to eat like this and encourgage bad health?

well what happened to the guy in Supersize Me? Our health teacher didn’t let us finish watching it cuz ppl kept talking….but anyways, i think the guys liver started tearing apart or sumthin, so it’d just get worse and ur arteries would get clogged I’m sure!
but you’ve only been eating breakfast, so i dont think anything like that would happen! But i think you might gain 10 pounds a week!

Why would you want to have a heart attack and probally you would get fat and it causes heart problems I would say just don;t do it any more maybe once a week at least not every day that is bad for your health

That is EXTREAMLY bad for you. ive seen how much fat is in a meal, and let me tell you, umm nasty…once in a while is okay, but everyday, you will die very soon.
